Introducing our "Very Important Pets" card. 

In the not too distant future, we will be distributing our new VIP's card for our regular customers and boarders.  This is a reward system that gives back to those customers we have that make repeat bookings with us.  Not only do we appreciate your loyalty, we also love that we can get to know your pets, establish an ongoing relationship with them and ensure their stays with us are most suited to their needs.  The more they stay with us, the more they are socialised to the experience and the more we can provide them with experiences that we know are positive and rewarding for them.  That way, your pets can have a fulfilling holiday just like Mum or Dad!

Once we begin distributing our VIP card, we start applying boarding days as reward points.  Each full price boarding day = one point.  The card is issued to the pet who regularly stays with us.  Once your pet has received 100 points it will receive a 10% discount on boarding with us FOR LIFE!!!!

The cool thing about our VIP cards is that points can be collected from friend's and family's pets for your own pet...  For example, if your cat "Zora" stays with us all of the time but in 2 weeks your mum wants her dog "Beau" looked after, you can simply hand your mum Zora's card and she can ask that Beau's boarding days be added to it.  That way, you can reach 100 points much sooner.  Just be careful that friend's and family don't decide they want their own VIP card for their pets.

Once you have reached 100 points, the card must be given to staff to have your VIP reward applied to your pet.  The reward then applies to that pet only.   If your family and friends have helped you accrue those points, they will not be elligible to receive the discount unless they participate in the VIP reward system on behalf of their own pet.  If you introduce another pet to your family, you will need to begin again to get discount for that pet.  You cannot use your discount for other pets in your family that have not boarded with us before - only with the pet that you nominated as a VIP.

You are more than welcome to have more than one VIP nominated at one time.  For example, if you have 2 dogs that regularly board with us, you may ask for 2 cards and gain points for both at the same time.

We are aiming to introduce these cards in February 2009.

Other ways you can gain points:

• Retail product purchased from us = one point
• Hydrobath given to a dog aside from complimentary baths = one point
• Pet portrait booked through Teela-G-photography = one point
• Pet transport pick up or drop off = one point
• After hours drop off or pick up fee = one point
• Boarding booking fee for peak periods = one point
